Whisk well to remove any lumps. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously, until the ragi is cooked and the drink is smooth and creamy. Serve hot. For a lighter consistency, add a little more hot milk as preferred. For Cold Chocolate Prepare as above, allow to cool, then refrigerate until chilled. Stir well before serving.
