Order Processing & Dispatch

All products will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

Business days exclude Sundays and applicable public holidays.

During periods of high order volumes, festive seasons, promotional sales, product launches or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, processing or dispatch may take longer. Where reasonably possible, customers will be informed of significant delays.

Delivery

Kiki’s Bhuvaa ships across India to serviceable PIN codes through third-party courier and logistics partners.

Delivery timelines after dispatch vary depending on:

• Delivery location and PIN code
• Courier partner
• Local serviceability
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Operational disruptions
• Other circumstances outside Kiki’s Bhuvaa’s reasonable control

Any estimated delivery date or timeline provided is an estimate and should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery date.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delays arising within the courier network are outside the direct control of Kiki’s Bhuvaa. However, where appropriate, we will assist customers in raising or escalating genuine delivery concerns with the courier partner.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information through our website, shipping partner and/or registered communication details after dispatch.

Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipment is picked up.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed or communicated before completion of the order.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, order weight, delivery method and other logistics-related factors.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

• Recipient name
• Shipping address
• PIN code
• Landmark, where necessary
• Mobile number

Please check these details carefully before placing an order. Kiki’s Bhuvaa will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Customer Unavailability / Failed Delivery

Customers are requested to remain reachable on the contact number provided with the order.

If delivery fails because of circumstances attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

• Customer being unavailable to receive the order
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Incorrect contact number
• Failure to respond to calls or delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept the shipment
• Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

and the shipment is subsequently returned to Kiki’s Bhuvaa, any re-dispatch will be subject to fresh shipping charges payable by the customer.

Re-dispatch will take place only after the returned shipment has been received and assessed by us and the applicable re-shipping charges have been paid.
