1About Kiki’s Bhuvaa

Kiki’s Bhuvaa offers packaged ready-to-cook food premixes and related food products.

2Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, preparation instructions, pack sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Customers should read the product information, ingredient declaration, allergen information, storage instructions and preparation instructions applicable to a product before purchase and consumption.

The packaging received by the customer should also be checked for applicable batch, date, storage and other statutory information.

3Product Images

Product images displayed on the website are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible.

Minor variations in appearance, packaging, colour, print placement or other non-material characteristics may occur between batches or as packaging is updated.

Serving suggestions, prepared-food photographs and props shown in photographs may be for presentation purposes unless expressly stated to be included with the product.

4Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities
• Temporarily mark products unavailable
• Discontinue products
• Introduce or withdraw pack sizes
• Decline or cancel an order where a product becomes unavailable or where fulfilment is not reasonably possible

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment because of an issue on our end, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

5Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, offers and promotions may change from time to time.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed and accepted during checkout, subject to correction of any obvious technical or pricing error before fulfilment.

Shipping or other applicable charges will be displayed or communicated before the order is completed.

6Offers, Coupons & Promotions

Offers, coupon codes and promotional discounts:

• Are valid only during the stated promotional period
• May be subject to minimum purchase quantities or values
• May apply only to selected products or pack sizes
• May not be combined with other offers unless specifically stated
• May be limited to one use per customer/order where specified

Kiki’s Bhuvaa reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to orders already validly placed and applicable law.

7Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered confirmed after the required payment has been successfully received/verified and the order has been accepted for processing.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders affected by:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing caused by a genuine technical error
• Payment failure
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Delivery/serviceability issues
• Other circumstances preventing lawful or reasonable fulfilment

Where payment has been successfully collected for an order that we subsequently cannot fulfil for a reason attributable to us, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

8Payments

Kiki’s Bhuvaa currently accepts prepaid orders through the payment methods made available to customers.

Cash on Delivery is not currently available.

Customers should never share UPI PINs, OTPs, card PINs or banking passwords with Kiki’s Bhuvaa or any person claiming to represent us.

9Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery after dispatch is handled by third-party courier/logistics providers and actual transit time may vary.

10Cancellations, Returns & Replacements

Because we sell food products, cancellations, returns and replacements are subject to specific restrictions.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Eligible claims involving damaged, incorrect or missing products must generally be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the required continuous unboxing video.

11Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before purchasing or consuming a product.

If you have an allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please carefully review the information applicable to the product and contact us before purchasing if clarification is required.

No information on the website should be interpreted as individual medical or dietary advice.

12Preparation & Storage

Customers should follow the preparation and storage instructions supplied with each product.

Kiki’s Bhuvaa cannot be responsible for the final result, deterioration or safety of a product resulting from improper storage, contamination after opening, incorrect preparation or failure to follow applicable instructions after the product has been delivered in satisfactory condition.

13Shelf Life

Best-before and other applicable date information is provided on the product packaging.

Customers should follow the storage and consumption instructions provided on the individual product.

14Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with website operation
• Misuse offers, coupon codes or promotional mechanisms
• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission

15Intellectual Property

The Kiki’s Bhuvaa name, branding, logos, product names, photographs, videos, recipes, graphics, website content and other original material displayed on the website are owned by or used with permission by Kiki’s Bhuvaa, as applicable.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished or commercially exploited without prior permission except where permitted by law.

16Reviews & User-Submitted Content

Customers may have the opportunity to submit ratings, reviews, feedback, photographs or other content.

By voluntarily submitting such content for publication, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and does not infringe another person's rights or contain unlawful, abusive, misleading or fraudulent material. We may moderate or decline content that violates these requirements.

17WhatsApp & Electronic Communications

Where you provide the required consent or where communication is otherwise permitted, Kiki’s Bhuvaa may contact you through WhatsApp, email, SMS or other available channels regarding:

• Orders
• Payments
• Shipping and delivery
• Customer support
• Abandoned carts
• Reviews and feedback
• Products, launches and promotional offers

Customers may opt out of promotional communications through the available opt-out mechanism or by contacting us. Operational communications necessary to fulfil an active order may still be sent where applicable.

18Third-Party Services

Our website and order-fulfilment process may use third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, logistics, analytics, communication and other services. Those third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

19Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kiki’s Bhuvaa will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

21Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when required to reflect changes to our products, services, website, business practices or applicable requirements. The current version will be displayed on the website together with its latest revision date.

22Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes relating to these Terms or transactions with Kiki’s Bhuvaa will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
