Made with dark chocolate and cocoa powder, the premix takes care of the measuring and mixing, so all you need is some milk and a few minutes. Cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously, until the chocolate is completely melted and the drink is smooth and creamy. Serve hot. For a lighter consistency, add a little more hot milk as preferred. For Cold Chocolate Prepare as above, allow to cool completely, then refrigerate until chilled.
